Workshop Confidentiality Agreement

Thank you for your interest in TEACH! To create a supportive and respectful learning environment, please agree to the following terms regarding confidentiality:

1. Commitment to Confidentiality

By participating in this workshop, I agree to maintain the confidentiality of all personal information shared by other participants, including but not limited to:

• Any content visible on another participant’s screen during screen sharing
• Personal or professional information discussed during coaching sessions or Q&A
• Any questions, comments, or experiences shared by participants that are beyond the scope of what I learned from their coaching

I understand that all such information is shared solely for the purpose of learning and support within this group and is not to be disclosed outside of the workshop.

2. Respect for Privacy

I acknowledge that some participants may feel hesitant about sharing their screens. I agree to:

• Refrain from making judgmental comments or sharing observations about others’ screens outside the context of coaching
• Avoid taking screenshots, recordings, or other documentation of another participant’s screen without explicit permission

3. Personal Responsibility

Participants are encouraged to close any windows or applications that display sensitive or personal information before sharing their screens, except when it is part of their support need. If any sensitive information is shared, it will be blurred or removed from the recording.

4. Group Culture

I understand that this workshop is designed to foster a supportive and collaborative atmosphere. I agree to approach all interactions with kindness, patience, and respect for others’ privacy and learning processes.

5. Acknowledgment

By signing this agreement, I affirm that I understand and agree to abide by these terms during and after any TEACH workshop I attend.
