To propose a time for us to meet, please choose from the following options and then select an available block on my calendar. When you submit your request, you’ll receive an email from Fantastical indicating the time slot you chose.

I’ll confirm or contact you to reschedule. If I accept the booking, you’ll receive a second email confirming the meeting.

Additionally, you will hopefully receive an invitation to the appointed time on your calendar. However, calendar invitations can be wonky when passed among servers, such as between iCloud and Google. If one of the following two scenarios matches yours, you might not receive such an invitation:

  1. Your Apple ID is an iCloud email address (@mac.com, @me.com, or @icloud.com) and you have the Calendar function of iCloud disabled.
  2. The email you provide in your request is a non-iCloud address (i.e., something other than @mac.com, @me.com, or @icloud.com), such as Gmail or Yahoo, but is associated with your Apple ID. That is, you see it listed in your Apple ID settings under Name, Phone, Email or Sign-In & Security.

Thus, to receive an invitation and have the event automatically populate on your calendar, you must provide an email address that is tied to iCloud Calendar or that is not connected to iCloud at all. You will still receive a confirmation email from Fantastical confirming the appointment.
