Comment on 2Do + Hours: A Solid GTD Pair, Part 1 by Earthsaver Mon, 24 Nov 2014 17:52:00 +0000 Thanks for your curiosity, Aaron! When I wrote about 2Do last time, I linked to a video comparing it feature for feature with Things.

The main reason I switched from Things to 2Do is te latter’s ability to sync with iCloud, permitting me to add reminders with Siri and have them appear in 2Do automatically. Things import of iCloud Reminders is only one direction.

Comment on 2Do + Hours: A Solid GTD Pair, Part 1 by Aaron Kettl Mon, 24 Nov 2014 16:55:00 +0000 Ben, this is a great review of 2Do!

As a comparison, it would be good to look at the app Things (

Right now Things is featured by Apple as a free app in the App Store through Nov. 28th (normally $9.99).

Similar to 2Do, it also has a Mac app for easy handoff (

I haven’t used 2Do, and I’m interested in how Things compares at the feature level.

Thanks for the post!

Comment on Email: Productive Tool or Waste of Time by Earthsaver Sat, 09 Aug 2014 06:03:00 +0000 Thanks for your comments, Simon! Would you like to schedule a time on Zoom to talk about Asana?

I wasn’t familiar with Mailstrom. I don’t get so much email that I don’t have time to give each message at least a second to decide if I want to read it now, later, or never. I’m willing to use existing unsubscribe links in the message, though I appreciate tools that offer the feature. Did you see Gmail just introduced one. I am also using Inky Mail for some of my email management on iOS.

Glad to have you as a reader!

This was my first week using it daily and it was pretty sweet. Also, any tips on managing email subscriptions? I just saw that mailstrom offers a tool that’ll set e-newsletters to auto delete once their a few days old… Keep sharing your workflows and insights! It’s fun to learn from others fo sure.
